By using Powerball Stats, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What you can use the site for

Personal, non-commercial reference and entertainment. You may share links to our pages. You may not scrape, mirror, or redistribute large portions of our content without written permission. The Pro tools are licensed to a single account holder.

What the site is not

Not a lottery operator. Not a ticket seller. Not a financial, legal, or tax advisor. Not a predictor of winning numbers. See our /disclaimer for the full statement.

Pro subscriptions

Pro features are billed via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law in your jurisdiction. Subscription pricing may change with advance notice to active subscribers.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits.
• Do not abuse the API endpoints — they exist for the site, not for scraping.
• Do not upload malicious content.
• Do not impersonate another user.

Limitation of liability

Powerball Stats is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for losses — financial, lottery-related, or otherwise — arising from your use of the site, statistics, or generators. Lotteries involve real money. Play responsibly and verify winning numbers with the official lottery.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Powerball Stats is operated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
